Shipping and delivery

I endeavor to ship orders within 5 days of order receipt. Sometimes I face delays, and in those cases I'll reach out and let you know. If you're placing an order that you're particularly pressed to have on a certain timeline, please contact me and I'll see what I can do to make that happen.

Paper orders are shipped through USPS Priority mail. I currently support shipping within the U.S. automatically. If you find yourself in another country, and need some paper, please contact me! We'll work something out.

Orders that mix paper and chemistry, or orders that are solely chemistry must be shipped UPS Ground. I package my chemistry according to UPS standards; it is double bagged, and kept separate from any paper in the packaging in case of a leak. U.S. and Canadian shipping is all I'm able to support for chemistry, because liquids are not easy to ship via air.
